Well I put way more of the ingredients in here than I was supposed to and i think i was supposed to cut the meat in a way that left all of the skin on each piece?? Or is it the potatoes that have skin on them in the picture? I think I messed up with the way I cut the green peppers too. And it looks like their potatoes were smothered in something, doesn't it. And why was mine so colorful? It doesn't look so good does it? LOL. But at least it tasted good.
